I haven't driven the car in a few days, but this morning when I did I received several warnings:
AWD OFF
Service AdvanceTrac
Lane Keeping Sys Malfunctioning...

And the kicker was that at one point the warning about LOW engine oil pressure

where do I being with my troubleshooting?  I've simply turned the car on/ off several times throughout the day.  I plan to tune back to stock and change back to the 2 bar MAP.

Battery original ? Low battery voltage tends to make the car act wonky @ times!
Check to see if any codes are set!  Z

x2.  Sounds like a good setup for a misbehaving battery.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

It's not the original, I replaced the battery about 6 months ago. But I'll look to get it tested

Also, did you have an obd adapter plugged in while the car was off?  Battery Management System reset with new battery?

Battery Management System reset with new battery?
no, I'll need to look into this

A) wonky behavior has known to happen with obd adapters on startup
B) the pcm will not charge the new battery properly without a BMS reset, thinking it is still the old dying battery

What OBD adapter do you have plugged in?  I've seen these same messages (minus the low engine oil pressure) on my previous 2011 that I had tracked down to a flaky OBD dongle plugged in.  It was causing those systems to reset.  Try running without the adapter for a bit?

Your describing the exact series of warnings I get when my tune fails to load on my p.o.s sct itsx.. lights flash once and it dings at you and throws all same warnings. IDK of its related but maybe a dying battery caused pcm to do something weird with tune? Revert to stock and reload tune and see if issue persists before removing parts?

It was simply the OBD II adapter.  After well over a year of leaving it plugged in, it was the cause of this issue.  Pulling it out prior to startup allowed for a normal behavior.  I was able to reinsert the adapter and get back to torque.

I am still going to look into how to reset the Battery Management System.

Thanks for the help, I feel like a dunce creating a thread that was caused by something so simple.

I wouldn't worry about it...It's good for people to see since many people wouldn't think that could be a problem...Someone will see this thread and it may help them

Nothing is ever simple with cars nowadays, LOL.  Good to periodically remind folks of possible solutions to such issues.

As we have been down this road Before,
and it cost me a ECU, a tow, An SCT lockup (back to SCT), ETC ETC.
WORDS OF WISDOM: and this ALSO comes from a Ford Master Tech:

Never load a Tune Without Having the Battery on a Dedicated Charger,
and that means having the Battery at Full Voltage. Make Sure the lights
are Off, Battery up to Snuff, and you will be Fine, Low battery Voltage, You
run the risk of the the above, (it DID) and  >:( it can cost you a bundle...
