The only real additional insight they provided, was that it would be A LOT cheaper to send them my functioning trans, for them to inspect, tear down,
etc.in order to properly diagnose the weak point, and then address those during the upgrading process.
Nice thing is, is they have a BUTT LOAD of their own CNC equipment etc. So it can be done in house for the most part. If not entirely.
So, since I no longer drive the SHO during the Winter months, it would have to be a project that is performed during that time frame.
Not likely this year though, as we are still without a contract (going on 3yrs now) and no retro checks expected to arrive anytime soon.
Also, as a result of the above, I am still making payments on my massive audio build. So discretionary mod money is in short supply for the short term.
