This is like dejavu. My Lincoln also had warped rotors when I bought it and I have a 1990 Fox body. Street car that dyno'd 532whp.
Another brake option is to get the VIN from a 2013+ SHO with Performance Package, take it to the dealer or use one of the online Ford parts stores, and order the calipers, pads, and rotors for that VIN
I went that route to upgrade to the vented piston calipers. I chose to get the Raybestos police spec rotors and pads, but probably should have just gone with Motorcraft. It was not a costly upgrade.
The factory PP stuff seems to do quite well.
