Im starting to feel I wont ever get around to doing Meth on this car because I have about 10 other things that need to be done first. I might as well sell my MyCal tuner and just keep the SCT on the car like it is now.

I gave my SCT away and kept the MyCal.  Aren't you running 4+?  (Don't know what year you have.)

2011-Im running 4 right now, back in the day I thought it was 4+ then turns out you need a MyCal for 4+. I wouldn't mind doing the 4+ but id still have to spend the $250 on the tune files, but I guess Id get most of that back when I sold the SCT for around $200.

Yeah, there was an old 4+.  The new 4+ accesses more tables with the MyCal.  You should be able to sell the SCT to anybody going with Unleashed.  Good Luck!
