Change dealerships?  Lincoln only dealership is a possibility.  Take the issue up the ladder with management, owner as needed.  Call in Ford to help out.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Im not sure how or why you got into spark plug checking....i would try replacing the cam and crank positions sensors then if it comes back there may ne no choice but to get into the timing set

How hard is it to replace the sensors? Can I disconnect the 2 hoses above the back one to get easier access to it?
