Datalog time comparisons

I would say you're right but the couple other locals ive talked to don't seem to have the same experience and report the best results launching around 1900-2000rpm.

here's my last trip to the strip.I got there late so I just hot lapped it. Think I can get a little quicker with more boost on launch as there was just a little chirp on the second one.
12.93 run 1
12.88 run 2
2011 SHO PP fully loaded.

Uleashed 93 3bar. Stock everything else. Best run 12.88

Now AJP 3bar still all stock otherwise. Times to come

Here is a dig with my latest tune.. still a work in progress but we are getting to where I want to be... might need meth... this was a 4.1 second 0-60 pull... I started getting some KR towards the end which was weird but then again I was running over a bunch of dirt at the point bouncing me around... dunno if that set off the KR...

Are you boost braking on your launches?
Some I have, but not brake boosting normally nets the same number... spins too much... right now my car is up around 26 degrees timing on e30 and 14psi... it has been throwing traction control light on 1st-2nd shift

I've been racing for about 20 years, I think it has more to do with tires and pressure, I air down at the track. What tune u running right now? My 4.4 was a 12.4 1/4 mile

That's pretty quick!! Right now it's an E20 tune... datalog has all the goodies as far as boost, etc..

Tires are sport comp 2 summer performance... once temps get into the 30's they suck bad.. once warmed up they hook great...

That 4.1 was with tires at 35psi... no joking...

Here is another datalog... its a 4.2 0 - 60 with LMS 4+x race tune... its a good solid tune as well.. no E blending..

Lol, might be too cold outside? My best times are when ambient temps are between 60-75... after the wheels have warmed up a bit...

The LMS run at 4.2 was a bit cold outside.. the denser air helped because honestly, I have not been able to get that low on LMS's tune but a couple times...

Brads tune I am able to replicate 4.1 often.. pretty consistent..

When I ran the wastegate mod I was getting 4.3 just by standing on it.. no power braking... if I tried to power brake I would spin too much.. never dialed in the launches with it....

Either way, I'm sure you are right there.

I think it was mid 20's outside... after this episode I think the car was in fwd limp mode after this ridiculous spinning episode. In fwd this car is useless... lol
