well crap,  now I am more confused.

Forgive my lack of knowledge in this,  but where the heck do you put the BOV if the pipe doesn't have a port?  you NEED a BoV do you not?

And if i change the BoV i need to alter the tune?

getting complicated :(

Solved it.  Were going to cheat.   Well take out the rubber flex hose that connects the noise-maker to the IC hard pipe. Build a 3-4 inch long metal pipe of the same diameter,  then custom cut new rubber hose on either side of the new hard piping or one side of the hard piping to mate it all up.

We don't have to remount anything on the noise maker.. and I get my meth mounted in metal on the cheap. And it remains flexible for motor movement.

My friend Walter and I tried to fit it in a car, but the car was just too small.  The smallest portable system we could manage was an old Winnebago that we drove around the New Mexico desert.  Good times.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, the spot I chose to mount the nozzle didn't work out.

Fortunately, I had a contingency plan.

Gents, what is the name of that pipe  replacement ?
I have mine in the exact same spot. Who didn't it work?

I did get more room once I upgraded the rubber and clamps.

Update: I did this a while ago, just finally getting around to posting it.  I finished the trunk cover.  It fits pretty well, but as you can see the fabric color doesn't match exactly.  I made a support using a M8x1.25 threaded rod & a rod coupler, to fit on top of the factory rod.

I also found that it was difficult to see the green LED in daylight, so I installed a DPDT On-On switch, so that I can reverse the red & green indicators.  The way I have it now, green indicates the pump building pressure, red indicates spraying.  Much easier to see the red in daylight.  A flip of the switch changes it back to "normal."

jbeez

The bulkhead fitting link is linking to a checkvalve above it, do you have the right url for that part?

What length AN hose did you purchase from trunk to front? I'm going to do the same setup, not sure which length exactly. What would you recommend?

What do you run, 33%, 50/50, 100%?
