Ive posted in a few other threads, and facebook and asked everyone i know, i cannot figure out this issue ive run into, so i installed catless downpipes and its a great kit, great material, blah blah blah, however i went to log for my tuner and we noticed when i go wide open throttle, my afrs flatline at either 0.00 across the board or they freeze at a set rating, only in bank one though... soo i lifted back up found a exhaust leak and changed both bank 1 02 sensors, still nothing... im very confused... now when i go back to stock, it runs like i have a three bar map in, idles good, but when you give it gas it falls on its face... i need help gentlemen! Whose downpipes do you have installed?  Was the leak at the flanges?  One of the cures is to doublegasket, and the other to retighten the bolts a few days after installation.  Or both.  Are you sure the wiring isn't damaged on the O2 sensors?  The tune also needs to tune out the rear O2s in this case.  Who is your tuner?
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Have you logged it stock? I would and see if the O2s are still off...

Just a suggestion, you will probably have an easier time sorting through responses if you keep your info in a single thread as opposed to spreading them out across multiple forums. I've had questions posted across multiple threads before, and it became a nightmare to manage the crossover. If you so choose, the moderators can merge your threads to make things easier to track.

IMHO, the forum will be a better venue to work through your issue as compared to FB.

Well..if it was running fine before the switch, I would double check all the connectors on all four O2's... Also, and DTCs reporting? I know the wideband sensors can be a b*tch to get out and some shops heat them up causing them to fail.... Pipes shouldn't matter...

No worries. :) The forum indexing is nice, and it's easy to attach logs, pictures, etc, and it is also helpful for future members to search and learn. There are some brilliant peeps on here that will help get you straightened out.

You should check near the flanges even now that you tightened the bolts...there is a inner weld for the flange that cracks...early on SW wasnt welding the outside of the tube....mine were cracked and needed repaired

Who installed the DP? and what kind of lift did they use and hopefully they did not damage anything underneath. Did they open the hood?. Z

That explains the difference in welds I saw! Just got your old pipes installed today, my god the car pulls hard now.

On my OEM pieces, there was one rear flange with a double gasket, and one with a single. I kept them as it was. Put on my downpipe tune (among other things), and ran the car around town. No issues that I noticed, except that it pulls harder than expected.

I like to use a tab of RTV silicone around the gaskets for a secure leak free system.  Z

Are you sure you put the correct replacement 02 sensor in? Did you maybe put a downstream sensor in the primary sensor location?

Your bank 1 is locked in at .97 which would be really lean...Your STFT's are reading the same for both banks which is odd because bank 1 is showing measured afr .97

It seems that maybe the ECU kicked into a mode where maybe it is basing fueling on bank 2 because there is something still clearly wrong with bank 1

You should also be logging LAMBSE. That will tell you what the ECU is targeting for afr
