i just did my injectors, replaced 2... had to buy special tools, ran into to a of problems (from inexperience) but the guys here have helped me out a WHOLE bunch... let me just say... going to the dealer is only a good idea if u are under warranty... otherwise, go to a reputable shop... or do it yourself... if u undertake it, cost is reduced DRAMATICALLY, but time can increase dramatically as well... if you take it to a dealer cost is increased dramatically, and they can take as long as they want... if you have the money to take it to a reputable repair shop that has experience with European or GDI engines, then your time is not wasted at all and the warranty is generally as good if not better than the dealership.
