Update
So I received a updated tune from Livernois that was a really soft tune  after loading it no studder. Then I loaded the regular 1-2 mild shift for just 1-2 and the other gears normal v10 shifts and now no studder at all.

Going to run this for a few weeks and then have them bump the 1-2 shifts a littler more and should be perfect. Even now with the mild 1-2 shift v10 tune it chirps the tires.

Again my SHO is a 2015 non pp. I have been seeing 2014 and 2015 ppl seeing the studder more than others. Maybe just seeing the posts and nothing factual.

Before I tried the following:
Draining Trans twice and filling adding an extra pint.
Tire pressures

Definitely think it's all with the tune. Just some time and a few adjustments from Anthony to get it right.
