Winter is coming and i gotta, swap out my stock pp tires for some all seasons for pa winter. Any recomendations?

PokerMunkee

Spend the money now and get a winter set.  I paid around $1100 for 18" wheels w/ TPMS and tires.

Save your F1 SuperCars for summers.  The difference between an A/S and high performance summer tire is huge.

No compromises!

Reccomendation is to man up and get some real snow shoes on an extra set of steelies...pokermunkee speaks the truth

Dont be that guy that thinks skill can overcome physics...when i see people driving around in the hills of pa in the winter snow all i see are pinballs waiting to mess up my car...if someone hits me and has crappy tires im calling edgar snyder and associates

20 inch winter will cost more than a set of 18's and tires.

Continental DWS/06, Pirelli Cinturato P7, General GMax are tried & true all-season tires.  But the "ultimate" will still be snow tires.
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

I would refrain yourself from all the elements and keep your new SHO safe inside the barn and instead of purchasing new wheels or tires get yourself a descent used suv so you wont have to worry when the real harsh weather or other person hits.  Z

Plenty of people out there who don't think a Ferrari isn't anything special either :D  They trash 'em and just get another.

Ferrari's are overpriced eurotrash. If I won one tomorrow I''d sell it and use the proceeds to build another two car garage and buy an RS, F150, and a Shelby.

IMHO the SHO is special, destroying nearly everything I run across with nary a glance from law enforcement. I surely couldn't get away with the s*** I do if I was in a Ferrari.

Everybody and their brother expects a Ferrari to dominate. What they don't expect is a Taurus giving said Ferrari a helluva run for its money.....When it's all over, spectators will be checking out the Taurus because it surprised the s*** out of them and it's something that most people can put themselves in a position to actually own, and unlike the Ferrari, that reaction is priceless.

This car is a blast in the snow with winter tires.

Get a winter wheel package for under $1200 and drive the crap out of your ridiculous depreciating asset!
