I've been looking into ideas/ways to hear the turbos a bit more on the sport since they are just so quiet. I came across a huge 30 some page post on the F-150 ecoboost forums about the intake system having two attenuators in them.
If anyone remembers the old tornado infomercials this is pretty much the idea. Its put into the intake piping prior to the turbos to help dampen sound.
So to bring this story to full close, has anyone had any of the intake piping off on either a Sport, Flex, or Taurus SHO to confirm or deny if this is even on this version of the ecoboost?
I'd probably give this a try, but before wrenching all day I figured I'd ask around first! As a side note, i'm not talking about BOV sound, i'm talking the building of boost whistle, so please don't send me to the vent to atmosphere threads

Thanks!
Ryan
