Stage 1 of Operation Platinum Blackout completed

Headlights are at Retro Shop Online Store getting blacked out, in the mean time the truck was had most of the chrome blacked out via a combination of flat black, metal pattern wrap and plastidip (grill bars and mirrors)

Me too, driving at night with fogs only on Pecos get's scary when the auto high beams come on and turn off the fogs...

I bet!!! Maybe they could be converted to DRLs? That's what I did with those auxiliary parking lights... I bet the first time it happened it was a real shocker!

Does the auto high beam function switch off when you set the headlight switch to "headlights" instead of auto, like the SHO?

Yes they're getting done soon as well, they'll have to be painted.
