1st time at track with the sho last after 10 yrs of no racing ripped time slip is because ran against  a no time car cant believe how heavy the sho is 4600lbs with driver
2011 white  fastlane turbo cai ppe catted down pipes magnaflow cat back,unleashes 3 bar tune 170 t stat  ngk plugs irange colder  2013 booster& master cylinder upgrade

Nice times!  How did the SHO feel at the track?  Any prep?  Did the new brakes perform as expected?
2007 Ford Edge SEL, Powerstop F/R Brake Kit, TXT LED 6000K Lo & Hi Beams, W16W LED Reverse Bulbs, 3BSpec 2.5w Map Lights, 5W Cree rear dome lights, 5W Cree cargo light, DTBL LED Taillights

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Brakes worked auesome well worth the money &time tried to data log car was beahing up at rhe top of each gear failed to data log

Good times, is this stock? I ran a 13.503@ 102.9 with just a k&n panel filter

The important factor is to really focus on those 60' times,in order to acheive a great ET,you must get those 60'under 1.80, anything especially over 1.90 is not going to be good,congrats . Z

The K&N cai is prone to heat soak,next time you could always swap them out just to verify the difference,you could of probably obtained a 13.5 stock. Z BTW any time slips Z

My bad,thought you had a K&N cai, still believe the oem filter will get you a tad bit better results,enjoy and congrats. Z

My first time at the track with my SHO last night at Norwalk wasn't was I  expecting... 13.1 @ 106mph. My 60's were 1.9's... I was tired launching at 2K and 2.5K with same results. The atmosphere was not helping, and i am hoping for better times on a cooler night.

What's the trick for better 60's? I am running Cooper RS3-S's. I am new to the AWD/Turbo. Plenty of track time in a Fox body.

There are so many variables to consider to say the least,you really have to find the sweet spot,make sure to fully turn off the T/C,less than a quarter tank of gas,remove the engine cover,shifter on sport mode usually works best,consider playing with tire psi,30 f-28 r, the key factor is focusing on those 60' times,anthing under 1.80 will lead to great ET,anything over a 1.90 is not going to be good,also try going at night, BTW Datalogging would benefit you if not done so already. Z
