New XSport Owner

Hey Guys,

I recently picked up a 2015 Sport here in NJ and I've been researching and learning as much as I can since the ecoboost/ turbos are new to me. This site seems like the right place for me, since I do like modding.

As time, and money permits, I plan on adding the following (probably in this order):
RX Oil Catch Can
bov vta
Tune, thermostat, plugs, 3bar - Livernois or Unleashed - not sure yet
cai
Corsa
downpipe

Also, want to do 20% tint, HID conversion, and LEDs.

Here's a picture. I went with black, black/ sienna interior, 401A options, and dual roof panel.

:WELCOME:Welcome aboard the E.B.P.F neighbor,which part of Jersey are you from,great looking ride you have there,any questions you may have please feel free to ask,you mentioned tuning the X-SPORT,Livernois makes a V3 Tune along with a 3-bar map which together will give you some serious power increase,and best of luck with the new ride.

I'm from Central Jersey. Getting the tint on Monday. I'm working on selling some unused parts from my last build to fund mods for this one.

Great looking ecoboost you have. That mod list looks like you've definitely been studying up.

What was the last build? Pics are always welcomed, regardless if it's an ecoboost or not.

Here's a couple pictures of my other ride, and a video I took a few years ago before upgrading the sidepipes and swapping from a 4 to a T56 6 speed. It's a 1980 Corvette with a 385 stroker engine (approx. 500hp), T56 6speed, 3.70 rear, front and rear fully adjustable monoleaf suspension. I built it from the ground up. Maybe I'll put more info on it in the "non-ecoboost build" area.

Been following your 'Vette build and am obsessed. Killer build! My neighbor just got a similar XSport, same color and everything. I love them! Enjoy.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm really happy I went with the Sport. I can't wait to get some mods on it. I'm leaning towards going with Livernois.

The tint really looks good,what percentage did you go with? try to not open those windows in a while,had mine installed in Florida on 100+ deg day,dried up so fast.

The back windows are the factory tint. The front 2 are 3M 20% tint.

I pulled up to the gas station, forgot and rolled them down, then realized it. Luckily the tint is okay.
