Ride of the Month

What does everyone think about bringing back an old feature, Ride of the Month?

It's been before I joined this forum over a year ago that this was in action.

All previous winners would be eligible for this new rendition, and Motor City Synthetics would supply the winner with a digital rendering of vehicle and EPP would kick in some decals/stickers.

So are there enough of you out there to keep Ride of the Month going?

Not just people who want to see it....we need participants in it each month.

Any, and all suggestions/comments are appreciated.

Definetly a great idea ,my primary goal was to become a ROTM winner but unfortunetly those plans had to be interupted a while back,BTW sign me up partner,thanks.  Z

If you are going to bring it back, I suggest trying something different. Part of the reason, majority of these cars are all th

1. Mod of the month: Which car had the most unique mod, upgrade or improvement. You have to separate them into categories such as exterior, interior, performance. This allows "3" cars to potentially be featured. Instead of it being monthly, make it a quarterly event.

2. Maybe add "other" Ford cars as ROTM. Something nostalgic. Lot of people on here have some gems around. Gives an opportunity for others to see, motivate and be motivated.

3. Annual winner gets a sponsored mod of choice. Financed by "raffle" ticket. Everyone chip in $$1 - $5. per year to finance that mod. Mod must be approved as no cash can exchange hands.

These are just wild thoughts to spice things up. Imagine those of us contemplating a particular mod. Meth for example. IF we have won ROTM AND ROTY the prize is money from the raffle sell to purchase that mod. Example if I win, the monies get sent to eco power parts, I tmdrive car to them in AZ, and they perform the install. I think some are willing for a road trip to meet some of the fastest ecoboosters. Meet owners of eco power parts and just share stories. Any just a thought while sitting here at work in middle of the night.

I would definitely be in.

I run it on another site.  We have users submit one pic for a time duration.  Then that thread is closed with a new one opening with a poll for users to vote.  Our winner receives their photo on the homepage and a free set of decals.

I'm all for it. They've been a success on my other sites that I frequent. I especially like the idea of having a month with other Ford cars or even maybe a "Modded Ride month" for members other cars that are modified.
