What gear to pull on dyno

Hey everyone , I am taking my 2010 SHO to the dyno next week, just seeing what gear will be best for pulls? Im assuming 3rd or 4th.

Really depends on how your tune is for each gear. My "best" gear is 4th. It is my best because it has the combination of highest boost and timing so most power. You should be able to tell from data logs which gear is best if you have logging capability that is.

How do we force the vehicle to start in 5th gear while on the dyno?
"I'm 30 min away, i'll be there in 10"

I pull a 30' race trailer with this little SUV at times.
