Took my first trip to a car junkyard today. quite interesting. Saw tons of first gen expeditions there, I wonder why? I thought those things were bullet proof. Even saw two 2004 Volvo S80 sedans, one was a T6! No clue why that one was there. Couple 2006 Fusions that had been in accidents. Couple late 90s early 2000s BMWs. Few explorers. Kinda sad place actually. Imagining a family driving home in 2001 with their new Expedition, all the memories in these cars. Now just sitting in a yard to be picked apart and left to rot.
