P1450 DTC - Unable to bleed fuel take vacuum

I had this DTC pop-up today, did a quick Google search and came up with this.

Unable to Bleed Up Bleed Fuel Tank Vacuum
Symptoms
- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
Possible causes
- Blocked EVAP canister or vent solenoid
- Kinked or collasped hose between canister and fuel tank
- Faulty Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor
- Fuel filler cap stuck closed, preventing vacuum relief
Description
The Engine Control module (ECM) monitors the fuel vapor vacuum and pressure in the fuel tank.
System failure occurs when the evaporative emission (EVAP) running loss monitor detects
excessive fuel tank vacuum with the engine running, but not at idle.

Anyone else had this issue or know what to check to fix it?

Possible dirt in the lines or around fuel filler neck/cap.  Lines may need to be blown out if the fuel filler neck area seals are clean.  Any abnormal spider activity recently where you park the SHO? :D

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

I was just wondering if anyone knew precisely which part(s) I need to inspect and possibly replace.  I have no ideas on the EVAP system at all.

Weird that when I filled up yesterday, the manager at the BP mentioned something about them changing to a 15 lb fuel? Saying the current was causing to much preasure to build up in the gas tanks and popping seals. And to not fill the tank completely.

I tried to find that valve on the manifold just after the throttle body but it's not it.  It's just a straight pipe with no valve in it and it leads to a plastic box. 

Any ideas on where this valve can be found?

If it's anything like on the Edge, it will be mounted to the firewall, and look something like this:

Which hose off of the manifold leads to it?  Let me know and I can track it down from that.
