It has taken me months to finally figure out my rattle so I thought I would post to possibly help others.  No amount of forum and google searching could ever find out the problem.  My rattle was clearly coming from the rear of my 2013 sho, but only on the highway at speeds above 65.  It was a consistent annoying rattle.

After much trial and error I discovered the source is actually outside the car! The little navigation antennae on top of the car must have been catching wind at highway speeds and rattling against the roof, because I secured it and the rattle is GONE!  Hope it helps someone in the future.  I hate rattles! Lol

Congrats on the fix!!!

I cannot stand a rattle or any noise as such. I will pull over to remove left goodies in the doors (kids) before driving on.

How did you secure it?
Two 6" lag bolts, lol.

That's a little overkill. I was thinking along the lines of "liquid nails" and duct tape. I can see where the lag bolts would improve reception though, lol.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Sorry for the late reply.  I have temporarily eliminated the noise by wedging the soft side of some velcro underneath the rear of the navi antennae on the outside.  I didnt want anything scratching the paint.  I have since taken it to the dealer and they have to remove the entire headliner to remove the antenna and install a new one.  Thank God for a warranty!

Glad you found it and got it fixed!  I hate rattles myself.
