Power Steering Assist?

Anyone have any issues with the power steering?

Lately I have been noticing that my power steering take a few moments to kick in after I start the car.  The other morning the car actually gave me a power steering assist failure and I had no power steering.  I shut off the car and restarted it and it was working.

The usual culprit has been rust in the EPAS componentry, the only known fix being to replace the system.  There may actually be a TSB or service advisory out now for this, Ford until very recently did not recognize this problem.  Have you been having cold/wet weather lately?

There are so many intermitent glitches in the software,like SHOdded said follow up with the TSB if your issues still persist.
