The ticking noise is the hubs.  I'd get the better aftermarket ones and install myself.  The OEM ones will fail again I'm sure.

Why would you say that,just curious do you hear or feel anything?

If Ford won't pay to fix their deftected crap, then buy yourself the heavy duty Timken hubs and install them yourself or pay a cheap mechanic.

If I had extra money to blow I'd get the aftermarket ones.. but I'm glad you came an share your insight, because I thought I read somewhere on here about the upgrade ones being better. If I can get it done under warranty I'm let them do it for free..If it fails again I'll do the upgrade

Diagnostic trouble code. You can pull these up with tuner or monitoring device (torque). Looks like the F150 guys have issues with a rear wheel sensor causing this.

OK I'm check it after work. It came on a while ago..I turned the car off then back on and it went away, so I figured maybe just a glitch.

Same sounding thing, after some full turns triggering it, then it'd go away.

I wonder if the dtc that pops up for this would be same for each wheel or be able to pinpoint which one it is?

SHOnUup is correct check to see if there are any codes first,it happened to me one time and there were so many codes due to OBD MX bluetooth causing intference,so honestly would not worry to much yet,like mentioned before could be a GLITCH,try to clear the codes&hopefully they dont come back.

Black Coyote's issue is his wheel hubs and tsb washers need to be replaced,also happened to me getting DTC CODE B-1OO,steering angle sensor at wot,after performed the hubs and washers there are no more codes,all related to the front end.
