Finally got a chance to install the noisemaker eliminator pipe from PPE,high quality item and custom made for your car,ordered some 500 deg low gloss black paint and primer and will paint her up when i get a chance.

What does the noise maker do exactly? 
13 Platinum White, PP, 402A, Moonroof, Multi-contour seats, and Navigation.  MODS - LMS 93 octane 3bar tune, 160 LMS thermostat, Airaid CAI, 15% tint, interior LED upgrade, LED puddle lights, Nurburgring 20" Gloss Black Powercoated Rims, H&R springs, Corsa catback exhaust, LMS catted downpipes

Best time 1/4 mile 12.588 sec @ 109.44 mph

That would make sense... Anyone that did this mod, did you actually hear a difference in the engine sound?

Honestly I didn't... But I had done downpipes first which did change the sound and then did the entire set of hotpipes.  It looks so much better under the hood though! ... Especially in ceramic coating.

If tuned:  Take note of the strategy code as you return to stock (including 3 bar MAP to 2 bar MAP) -> take car in & get it serviced -> check strategy code when you get car back -> have tuner update your tune if the strategy code has changed -> reload tune -> ENJOY!

Why not just plug the side where the sound maker is at? Does this do anything for preformance or take away form throttle sound?

It actually does nothing for performance or sound,personaly would not try to plug that 1.5 in hole because of the amount of boost pressure,especially if your tuned,thats why the factory noise maker has a support arm connected to a hose for support,so it does not blow off. Z
