Hello All,

Thought I would pass this along... my 2010 SHO began exhibiting a few quirky issues related to the key fob that were intermittent and hard to duplicate.

These would be "No key detected" message in the info display and spotty range and failure to lock the doors upon pressing the lock button in the fob. I knew immediately that the fob battery was on its way out, because one moment the range would be great, the next it was very short. The "No key detected" message only happened twice.

Because it is intermittent, for those of you with 2010's or 11's that have not replaced their fob battery, I would suggest you do so before you run into those issues.

The fob battery is a "CR 2032". You just pull out the key portion, then use a flathead screwdriver on the top panel of the fob (not the port that the key slides into) and pop it open.
