Thanks everyone.
Searching the VIN in google found it for sale on original dealer's website:

Sales rep said they had it listed for $33k originally, been on lot for 20 days, needs to go. She talked to sales guy who worked with previous owner in buying a new ATS, said nothing wrong with car, owner switches out cars a lot. Not negotiating much in price, $30,800 after their doc fee. I'll have to pay 6.2% taxes in Colorado. This is the best deal in the U.S.A. at the moment. A forum member in NM is selling same car for $34,000 with similar miles. I called about a CPO '13 White PP loaded SHO in Omaha and someone put a deposit down on it today.
I hope to test drive a PP SHO tomorrow morning. If I like it and the wifey approves, I'm going to put deposit down and fly out on Wednesday to drive her back.
Sales rep walked around car to find issues. Found a nickel size scrape on one of the wheels (didn't look bad in pic), a 2" light scratch on bumper (they will try to buff out, no paint), and that's about it. Has both key fobs and manual.
This won't be the first time I traveled for a car. Flew from Vegas to L.A. to pickup a slightly used '06 TrailBlazer SS, never test drove one before. Also drove 5 hours from Colorado Springs to Albuquerque for a '07 Durango. A little nervous though, hope I really like the car.
