Finally got the Megan coilovers installed! Still adjusting the ride, but so far it is a great ride quality...

Great looking Flex!!!

To my eye it maybe needs to come down a touch in the front?  Hard to tell at that camera angle though.  How's it look in person?

Yeah, maybe a bit. I think the rear is maxed out on height. Looks very slightly raked to the rear in person, but I am going to give this a whirl for a bit. Just got it aligned (lifetime alignment at Firestone) so if I change my mind later, I can get it redone for free...

I added roughly a pint of Motorcraft LV Trans fluid and noticed the car feels so much better and slightly on the Butt-Dyno since its my DD. IDK.
I'm not quite sure if its a placebo effect but has anyone experienced this?  Thanks.  Z

Overfilling slightly has consistently been recommended. Helps stave off any issues when launching hard.

A lil more lubricity never hurts.

Thanks there bpd1151!  I heard there was a benefit of adding some extra trans fluid but never knew it would be felt per butt-dyno.Lol. Z

Yep tried it, didn't help.  Finally went to a set of H&Rs springs.  Tried this on my 2012 and 2013.  I even went with 2 full coil inserts on each side in my 2012.

Sent AJPTurbo some $$$ to get the tuning started on the MKS.

SHO has been detuned and 3 bar removed. The only thing left is to scope the valves to see if copious amounts of corn have any effect on buildup.

The MKS has gone through a long shake out process, I drive 500 miles a week so I want everything right prior to duty. Also want to utilize as much of the remaining warranty as possible.

So far we've done the following...

My Dime...

New tires (Tiger Paw GTZ UHPAS on the stockers for winter)
Rear shocks (Ford gave me some new struts, why not?)
Steering wheel (Original had a worn spot that drove me nuts, got a used unit in perfect condition from LKQ for $58.00)
850 CCA battery
X4 mounted and awaiting AJPTurbo tunage (COUGH!)
V1 and remote screen running YAV1

Ford's dime...

Body control module
New steering column
Front struts
sway bar end links
Lower control arm bushings
Brake Booster

Coming soon...
AJPTurbo 3 bar 93 and E45 calibrations
2013 caliper/rotor/pad conversion
Expensive fluids all around. Amsoil? Quantum Blue? Combination? Maybe a trip to Columbus to see IRONDOOR for PTU party.
Lockpick
Laser Jammers
Summer wheels and sticky tires
Full detail/debadge/paint correction/ceramic pro or cquartz finest
