How safe is it to drive the car after installing catted downpipes . Won't be able to retune for about a week . Also when I asked for retune files I told them to include that I had the 160 t-stat. If I retune it and don't have the 160 t-stat installed yet would that have any negative affect on the car ? Thanks in advance

Any tune revision you get for catted aftermarket downpipes will only be a minor tweek and would be no reason for concern as far as driving .
The 160 t-stat revision for your tune should make the fans kick on ealier to keep engine temps lower and would not concern me either as long as you plan on putting it in when it arrives . If you have Torque just monitor the coolant temps if your worried till then .

That is what this forum is all about , learning from each other and helping others when possible .

I hope the new downpipes you had installed yesterday along with the new tune next week gets you in the 12's .

Good luck ...... :WOOT:  :WOOT:
