If a vendor wanted to work on doing coilovers for our vehicles how much would you pay?
The coilovers would be height adjustable and be dual adjustable for the shock portion of the coilover. This setup would best fit daily driving/autocross and drag racing.

Have you changed out your springs?  I have H & R's and am lowered 2" all around + another inch in my smaller tires.  I also have Firestone air bags in the rear to keep front from lifting + eliminating rear squat. Not sure coilovers would make much more difference.  My suspension with my Pilot Super Sport tires is very firm. Steering response and handling are now first rate.

So... I wouldn't be interested at this time.  Maybe with my next Flex.
2010 Red Candy/White EB Flex.. World's first 12 second Brick.. 12.904 @ 106.85 MPH - October 2011
2009 Spt. Red G8 GT - modded. best time 12.074 & 114.02 MPH
2008 White G8 GT - mods... 8.32 1/8 mi.

Springs and stock shocks/strut isn't the final best scenario for the car, need more adjustability for drag and road racing in the future. :)

I've found a set of coilovers that work for the Flex, I am in discussions with them concerning the SHO as they didn't realize it was the same platform but lighter. I'll have more information over the next week or so.
Great news is retail is $1500 for the set.

The coilovers I was talking about then are the R3 from standard suspension, I would now suggest the Megan coilovers for $800 approximately. Darrelli has a set at his house waiting to go on his SHO asap.

Ha! WOW......

I'm sure that was posted in good fun/spirits, but still funny nonetheless.

4DR's hardly a slacker by any means.

Once we verify fitment on SHO and I get my set to test and we agree they are awesome I'll work on becoming a dealer so we can get some great pricing.

So...good news! Looks like they'll work. The only issue is where the sway bar endlink bolts up to the strut. It must be a smaller diameter bolt on the Flex. Thought I might have had it figured out using the adjustable endlinks that Mike (FirstSho) is using but it was too large as well. The good thing is there is plenty of material in that area so we're just going to drill it out. Seems to be a decent kit, all the factory tabs are on there for ABS, brake line, etc.

The rear springs have an adjustable collar/spring perch so that's kind of nice as well. I was hoping to get some good pictures before mounting it all but my schedule has been tough and doesn't look like that is going to happen.

I'll get some pics once everything is back together and a review of ride quality etc.  The TC should be back to me tomorrow so everything should be  back together by tomorrow night, Friday morning at the latest

On another positive note, I should have some H&R springs i'll be giving away, plus shipping. They have about 60,000 miles on them, so I'm not sure anyone will want them, but they're still good.

I'm looking at picking up a set this week as well, trying to get the hookup on a set for $750 shipped. If I do I'll share the info.

Looks like a decent kit..interested to see ride quality and quality overall. I had QA1's on my Lightning and I was having to have them rebuilt all the time. I've read mixed reviews overall but I'm excited to get it back
