Is that a crank driven DI fuel pump???

I think that's an external oil pump. The mechanical DI pump is on the valve cover.

That is correct, from the look of it, its a 3 stage dry sump oil pump.

I heard rumors of 700 with LOTS of meth injection to makeup for the lack of DI pump. I have no confirmation on that however.

From reading about the venture, it will be a 3.2L making 400hp per class rules. The engine is being designed for ALMS for LMP2 competition. It will be run in a Lola chassis.
