I see that you are using a DashDaq for your tuner.   Can I order just the tune files for the SHO, and if so how much?

While it may be similar in appearance to other tuners on the market, there are a number of unique changes on our hardware to make it compatible with our tunes, and the 10-12 ecoboost cars. Unfortunately, we do not sell the tunes alone as they will not work in anyone's tuner except ours.

Thanks for the reply, I did not know e-motion customized the hardware for each customer.

It would be a fairly simple fix as I am sure the firmware on the device could be reflashed  with e-motions livernois firmware.

You should be able to back it up .

our firmware can only be loaded onto tuners with our serial numbers unfortunately.
