I understand that the XV1 tune is either on indefinite hold or scrapped... for sure it is not available.  Check with Brandon a LMS for details.

I plan on going with Torrie anyway but have seen on this  thread   and another one today  that  xv1 is  DEAD. I must have missed something somewhere , Is this True ?

I know it's been long overdue, & quite some time has passed since that vendor made mention of it's offering.....

But last convo I had with them, that product offering was still being worked on.

So contrary to various posts about it being "scrapped" or "dead" truth is...... those people don't know that for a fact.

However, it goes w/o saying that it's not currently available either.....

Therefore, you and others would be best served by drawing your own conclusions, or placing your own inquiries, just as any of you would if inquiring of other vendors and what products, or product potential is in the proverbial pipeline.

To arbitrarily state, w/o knowing definitively a product has been shelved, is irresponsible at best.

Livernois did post on another board that for xv1 you will need to run meth. Other then that i have not seen updates on the tune on any of the boards.

Hey guys,

Brandon from LMS here. I know you guys are all craving XV1, it should only be a few more weeks. We will be releasing XV1 for the SHO, and Explorer Sport first. Then the F-150 a week or two following that. XV1 does require a thermostat, and a 3 bar map sensor. This is because the stock map sensor is good to up to 15 psi, and the 3 bar is good to 30. This is to prevent any type of failure to the engine. Good news for you F-150 guys though. You already have a 3 bar. We will have all these in stock. So STAY TUNED!

Drag season should strat up here in Québec in about a month. What's up Livernois?

25 weeks ago, you said you were only a few weeks to have XV1 ready... Actually, I was the one that drove 20 hours to go see you guys in May 2013 wanting to have an agressive tune for drag racing, but Dan ran out of time during my short staying...
So, it has been almost 10 months since... Is Dan still working on it?

I am surprise that bpd1151   ....   MIKE  didn't try to squeeze them for an update of some type on this with his SHO being under the LIMELIGHT there .   10 months ? ?

I did gain insight actually.....

On a myriad of topics.....

Both on individual owner's cars, as well as potential product offerings (in the works, & planned for the future).....

But it wouldn't be appropriate, nor is it my place to reveal / discuss such matters.

I suppose when the staff at LMS are ready to do so, they will.

Also Mike, as you said, you didn't go there to try squeezing all the power possible. You wanted a reliable tune for the upgraded turbos. When they'll be ready, you will certainly try their track version of the tune... But for me, that's theone I have been waiting for since my last visit in May 2013... But again, if they aren't ready, I prefer to be more conservative.
