New mod idea

Ok guys..
Here is what I was thinking.
Is anyone good with Carbon Fiber?

I would like to have a complete mold of the ugly black plastic engine cover taken in order to make a complete OEM replacement out of carbon fiber and then have the billet badge "3.5L Twin Turbo" inlayed in the center...

This would be a bad ass visual mod.. In my opinion..

Anyone capable of this and any idea of cost?
The badge would add $170.

How about a factory cover hydrodipped in carbon fiber pattern with that done?
Picture is the plastics on my V done in hydrodipped carbon fiber pattern. Looks nice, 1/2 the price!

That is exactly what my local bike fab shop suggested.

I can speak from 1st hand knowledge on this..... as I alone had my cover done in CF.

VERY EXPENSIVE

Hydro dipping it/them could be a better, more cost efficient option.

I'll see if I can partner with someone to get it done.

I pulled both of mine of the engines.  Only good for holding in heat.

I'd be very interested in the cost including a REALLY good clear coat over the hydrodip and a dimensional decal use in the hydrodip process to add depth.

I have an idea about the cost of a real CF engine cover
