I'm going to try to swing by a local suspension company to see what they can come up with. They already do coilovers for the focus, mustang, and a couple others with positive reviews. What years and models have similar suspension setups? I know the newer Flex, Taurus, Edge, Explorer and some Lincolns all use the same front strut setup. Not sure which years have what though. Anyone with some insight hook me up so I can be ready when I see them.

You can contact Andy at AMR Engineering (info@amrengineering.com) and see if he has done them yet.  He has done them for the older suspension setups and told me he should be able to do them for the newer suspension set ups on SHO, Flex and Explorer.  They will be more expensive than a Meagan set up (if they ever make them) but the look like nice quality product.

I was going to have him make me a set but had to shift the budget to my baby girl born last December.

The key is the strut mounting changed massively in 2013 from the old style, from a slip in strut to a bolt on for the lower control arm.
