My Sho has stopped time

Literally.............the bastard won't keep time anymore.  Start it up and it shows the current time but won't change after that.  When I go to the options screen it shows the current time but it doesn't want to update itself.  Anyone have this problem? 

Its due for an oil change anyways and its too cold to do it myself.  Will they play with my computer?

Did you try disconnecting the battery?

They may play with your computer at least to reset the oil monitor. 

But you know all this. Right?

As I understand it, it is Ford's policy to have every vehicle they service hooked to their diagnostic machine (OBD2) every time you go in.
