Well after lots of thought I have decided to go with a staggered fitment of 20x10 rear with 275/40 and 20x8.5 front with 255/45 in the TSW Panorama

Weight of 20x8.5 is 23 lbs
weight of 20x10 is 26 lbs
IS YOU FINAL CIRCOMFERENCE THE SAME?!?! If they are not the same you will have problem with the AWD going in to limp home mod at the track.

Side wall height is 0.25 mm less with the larger tire (this is the difference in the radius of the tire as compared to stock..... Should be of no consequence to the adaptive software.

275mm x 0.40 = 110mm sidewall height

245 x .45 = 110.25mm sidewall height      0.25mm = less than 100th of an inch change in radius of the tire

275mm -245mm = 30mm.  30mm/ 25.4 mm per inch = 1.18" wider tread

A couple psi tire pressure difference is probably .25 mm or maybe more!

Frozen Taurus

mathematically a 285/40 is nearly bang on as far as circumference .... hard to find a tire company that makes a 255/45 and a 285/40 in the same tire

Here's my thread from a couple of years back on my staggered set up.....

It contains the size rims, tires, and offset I used, and have been using since then......

Both road coursed, drag stripped, and daily driven.

ZERO issues to date.
