The biggest problem with the stock box is the restricted intake and the "saxophone" coming out... 68GT definitely has the idea.. that's what 4DR and I want to eliminate as well in the new dual CAI under development.
A lot of the idea can be seen in the install instruction manual for the Hennessey CAI although they still use the OEM intake cut off the box

... they do eliminate the saxophone with it's 180 degree curve and tapering diameter.

Pics here in their install manual on pages 3 and 4. Plus they have a separate tube for each turbo and eliminate the crankcase recirc into induction air that is present on the stock intake. The Hennessey pics are here and include SHO and MKS
http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/yhst-54734705425182/hpe-ecoboost-intake.pdfbpd also did and still has a "one of" single intake... I think it's in a "how to" thread here.
As far as the new one 4DR has been working on (and I joined in on at his invitation) should have all the info from Jeremy at BMR so we can have a custom fab of the first one started in about 2 weeks... We'll have Jeremy dyno my SHO stock and then again with the new dual CAI on the same day... and we are also talking about a third step: having it coated and dynoing again to see if it is worth doing the thermal coating. Along the way we'll be doing underhood temp studies for the PPE coating of my downpipes too... More on this last stuff later.
