What's everyone running / recommend for oil / filter?? I would asssuuuuuume most everyone is running a full-synthetic, but I'm curious to hear if anyone has any recommendations for me after my first oil change. Brand, weight, how often, etc.

I'm using the Motorcraft filter and switched to full syn at 500 miles.  Same at 5K.  I'm considering options for 10K.
