Seems like a good price. The paint code will get you to the start and may look fine. My concern would be an actual match...
Suppliers change and with them slight color changes occur. You've also go a 2010 and may have enough subtle change from sun, etc. to make it a little different color than it was originally. My body/paint guy actually uses equipment to match the paint color of the car, tinting factory paint as necessary.... and even at that he has repainted a body kit for one of my trucks fully (on his own without me ever seeing the first job) because he still didn't think it matched.
You might try it... could always go for a change if it doesn't match when you install. Depends on how good the deal is and whether you can get the bumper cheaper unpainted and have the paint done locally at a similar price.
