How often do you guys like to change this? I imagine mine was last done at 30,000 like Ford recommends. I am at roughly 53,000 right now and on the verge of getting a tune. Would I be doing myself a favor by getting this changed before I do so? I imagine the dealer is the best way to go on this? (oil change place offered to do it for me and I kindly declined, haha).

I read elsewhere it takes Motorcraft? MERCON? LV Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF)

I plan on doing mine at 30k as well as the PTO. Especially since mine has been tracked for a solid 4 hours or so. I think there was how to on then on one of the sites. Maybe someone remembers, iirc it's a pita refilling the PTO. Maybe in wrong...

We bought ours at 52k, and changed the tranny fluid at 60k.  To my knowledge, the pto is not serviced?
