LMS: Excellent customer service!

Just want to share my experience with LMS.
I purchased a Cold Air kit and MyCal tuner recently for my 2013 Flex. I ran into a little glitch with the tune files that were sent to me, so I contacted Anthony. He was pleasant, helpful and very responsive and made sure everything was corrected. It wasn't even 30 minutes tops from the time I first emailed him to the point where everything was resolved. My Flex runs AWESOME with the tuner and CAI kit and I couldn't be happier.

I assure anyone reading this, that I have no connection whatsoever to LMS, I am a real customer and my experience is true and genuine, and I would not hesitate to deal with them again.

Very nice. LMS has also be very helpful to me and have been first class. Tunes have been spot on with car running perfectly..

Glad you guys are happy.  I have had a great overall experience with Livernois.  At one point early last summer I thought I had a problem with the new MyCal and the Stage 4+.  They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy!
