After much thought and research, I have decided to go with Giovanna Andros 20X8.5 black wheels for my SHO.  Anyone know where I can purchase Giovanna wheels around Chicago?  Anyone have any experience with any Giovanna wheels?  Are they good quality, good company to deal with, etc.?  Thanks much.

Not sure about Chicago, but Sean at WSI (online and in Arizona) is a very nice guy and is good w/ fitment.

I can ask my Manager pal who works at NTB & see if he can order them for you.

He was able to price match what I found online for my TSW's.

Thanks. The cheapest I've seen them so far is $255 each, but its the shipping that I'm trying to avoid. That's why I'm trying to find somewhere local that deals with them. Unfortunately, a vendor search on Giovanna's site turns up zilch for the entire state if IL and Wis. I think there was a place in IN, so I might drive there to get em if I have to.

Can you tell me the specifics about this particular wheel?

Model name, size, color choices if any?

Andros, 18X8.5, Black.  There is an option for high or low offset. If I'm understanding offset correctly, the lower will 'push' my wheels out a little farther to fill out the fenders. High = 35mm and low = 25 mm.

My 18" x 9" 32 offset fit flush on Flex.  Not sure if 25 offset would keep wheel inside fender.  Will be close.  You could use an offset calculator and see how much difference there is between my 18x 9" vs  a 25 offset with 8.5 width.

For instance, on the GTO I had (now son's) I had 8" wide wheels with 40 offset front and 9" rear wheels with 48 offset and they both stuck out exactly the same.  All extra went to back.

Good Luck!

FracaSHO I sent a text to him, providing the info that you provided me.

Whenever I hear back from him, I'll let you know.

If you are after a light(er) wheel, the RL series would be best per Sean.

He weighed a 22" for me, and it weighed about the same as my stock 18" wheel.  Stunning stuff!

If you see RL at the end, those are likely to be quite light.

Not a big fan of those.

I am not necessarily looking for "lighter" wheels. If I wanted to get light weight wheels, I'd go with TSW Nurburgrings, but I'm not a big fan of those either and they are expensive.  I am trying to avoid heavier wheels.  The Andros are wheels I like and can afford. The plus is they are a couple lbs lighter than my stock 20's. I found other wheels I liked, but they were actually heavier by a few lbs. so that's how I came to my final decision on the Andros wheels.

Heard back from my Manager pal who works at one of the NTB's in the area.....

He heard back from one supplier, stating $250 p/rim, plus $50 for shipping. But then you'll have tax that'll need to be factored in as well.

He is waiting to hear back from a 2nd, different supplier.

I already told him you said you found them online (from?) for $225.

He's trying for you.
