2014 Spoiler with Built in LED Lights?

Hi All,

   One thing I found odd is that the spoiler on the SHO doesn't have an LED strip on it. Even though it wasn't a spoiler, my old 2007 MB E350 trunk had the stop lamps across the top of the trunk and it looked very cool and was nice and bright. Are there any aftermarket ones that look very close to the OEM version?

Why do you need your trunk/spoiler to light up when you have a perfectly functioning 3rd brake light already?

It's purely aesthetic and nothing more. I don't generally do appearance mods but I like tastefully done, bright taillights. I used my old 07 E350 as a sample - long LED strip on the deck lid.
