A big benifit that is often over looked is keeping the oil out of the intercooler. Over enough time and generally sooner with extra boost that oil collects and coats the inside of the intercooler.. this can cause a degradation in the thermal ability of the IC to do its jobs.

Also im not sure where all the pressurized connections are but the oil will over time also damage plastic and rubber components. As rubber and plastics  that are desingef to handle oil are built differently

Now both of these are mostly long term effects.

I do plan on keeping this car for quite a while, so I'll definitely do this if it will help the longevity of the car after being modified.

Yeah, I hadn't even considered the damage to intake or the gumming up of the IC Panther mentioned... Makes me want one even more!

I would like to know this impatient question as well... :) Also do they have a price point in mind yet?

EcoPowerParts

It should be the same price as the F150 listed on http://shop.ecoboostpowerparts.com $299 shipped and $99 for the clean side cap if they decide they are going to apply that as well.
I would like to wait until they actually see a car and do some development before guessing too much though, Tracy is the expert on catch cans, not me.
