There is some drone but I have gotten used to it. It is night and day sound difference. I cut right after the last bend and put on some 18" 4" tips. Hope this helps and there are some videos on you tube otherwise.
I've heard a couple videos , just very curious on the drone. How much louder is the car? Does the drone occur on highway speeds or a lot just cruising around?
As for drone there really isn't much...compared to what you would expect. Overall its pretty quite inside at cruising speeds. Cold Start outside the car is much louder but after that at idle its not too loud. You hear it when accelerating for sure but cruising sometimes its almost non existent. If you do it you won't be bothering with trying to reduce what little drone there is.
