Down pipe opinions

Getting ready to order downpipes and trying to decide between catted or non catted.

Catted and remove the 3rd cat?
Non catted and keep 3rd cat?

Not interested in remove all cats.

Suggestions?

This is the route I am going. Quite a common option.

I have the PPE catted with 3rd cat and resonator removed with stock mufflers, supper quiet still, sounds good.
2014 SHO non PP, Livernois 3bar v8 tune, PPE Catted Downpipes, 3rd cat delete with straight pipe stock back, H&R Dropped Springs, Low Temp Thermo. Adaptive Cruise, Collision Avoidance, Lane Keeping, Auto Brights..

12.99 @ 106.4 with 3/4 tank of gas and spare etc. in car.
