Title: size and thread pitch of PTU Drain plug?

I don't have my car here or id just go pull it and check myself..

Is the drain plug size on the PTU a 1/2in NPT or is it some other size?

I believe it is 1/2 NPT Tapered Pipe Thread

Not sure how this gives me any insight into installing a drain plug on my PTU? Clarify?
