I have definitely had my share of glitches with Sync in the past with the screen turning black briefly followed by the maintenance screen which are just normal updates to the Sync system but today proved to be an unpleasant one with the black screen of death being out for the entire driving cycle which lasted for quite some time and it wasn't until the next startup/cycle that it came back to life which was a relief but anyways need to make an appt for the APIM module to be looked at based from https://owner.ford.com/tools/account/maintenance/recalls/results.html .Z     FSA Title: SYNC WITH MYFORD MYLINCOLN TOUCH WARRANTY EXTENSION COVERING ACCESSORY PROTOCOL INTERFACE MODULE APIM
