So I got to drive one of the new squads during shift tonight, and in doing so, I was trying acclimate myself with all the features it came with.
I couldn't help but notice, this really cool one below....

Now I am really, really curious about this particular feature.
Am I to believe that if one drops trough anywhere near the Taurus, that the car will actually perform this?

I could be wrong but I think it's just from after using the washer that it does one more wipe after two seconds mine has it also with auto sensing but sometimes the car is super sensitive when there is no moisture it will wipe constantly and then other times I'll have drops all over and I have to force it on and I always leave it in the most sensitive setting before the fast continues wipe.

I know what the feature is for....
I was just being comical by insinuating that "courtesy wipe" meant it performed some other dynamic function.

Always get a juvenile chuckle when i engage the Courtesy Wipe...my milineal aged son couldn't help but bust out laughing when i told him why the wipers swiped the extra swipe...I love it...LO freakin L...thx for the post...made my day!

No...key, trunk release button inside or trunk release on fob if keyless entry equipped.
