Short rant upcoming. I've been calling around to local dealerships to find someone able to do a PTU fluid change. I've called 3 dealerships in the past two days. I can't even get someone to talk to at one dealership, another keeps transferring me in a circle and then dropping the call, and the last one took two days, multiple emails, and phone calls, just to answer a yes or no question (they said no). I understand they're busy, but this really shouldn't be that hard of a question to answer should it? /rant
Anyways, anybody know of a shop that'll do a PTU fluid change in or around Charlotte, NC? Thanks in advance.
You may have to visit a couple of dealers in person, talk directly to the techs. Or take it to a reputable trans shop.
Here are some options from BG service providers:

Look for a shop displaying the gear symbol (round & toothed, with a hole in the middle)

I recommend calling a Lincoln dealership. My experience is they are more customer oriented.
If all else fails and you want to take a drive, I have a guy at the Ford dealer in Cleveland, GA that can take care of it.

Hah I second this. I find Lincoln customer service especially from the service dept. better than Fords on average. Though make sure it is a dedicated Lincoln dealership, not a Ford/Lincoln as that's just essentially a Ford Dealership. Extra bonus points if you can net a Black Label dealership, as they really care about their status and feedback more than any.
Had a issue with my Fusion's rear windows being way too loose. All Ford dealers in my area kept just writing it off as unimportant (Irked me to no end). Took it to Lincoln and under warranty, they fixed my Fusion's rear windows.
