Hey guys,
I am interested in installing an A pillar gauge pod for my SHO. The ones I found on the internet states that it's a universal fit only. So I have to custom what I want. Not sure if it's going to fit nicely. Do you guys know anybody who makes them for our cars?
Also, how reliable are the readings we get from the obd port, such as afr ratio and boost readings when using an app like torque and so on?
your input is highly appreciated.
Cheers
I think the only option would be to purchase an A pillar and customize it to your liking, not sure if Chris(Crash)still makes the pods but he certainly pioneered the Pod and gauge lineup for the Ecoboost platform, hope this helps any. ^X2 on the above. I would also connect with/PM bpd1151 (if he doesn't see this thread ...) and get info from him on how to "duplicate" his setup. All custom work, regardless, you'd think it OEM, so seamless!
Thank you guys for the input. I guess it can only be made to order and from what I have seen they can get very pricey.
If there were enough interest for a group buy, I could see the price dropping a bit, but probably still nowhere near the mass production pricing.
